There was this really large pond that ducks, and swans shared. It was in the shape of a swan , so the vain swans insisted that it should be called swan lake.
Many think that there isn't much difference between swans and ducks but there is.
Swans at first didn't have long necks but they had beautiful feathers, slender bodies, and they didn't paddle like ducks, they gracefully swam. The ducks however at this time were ugly, and bulky and just frantically kicked their short legs to swim. The swans wouldn't let the ducks swim with them, which angered the ducks since they too lived at that pond.
One day while the swans, and ducks were arguing about which group would swim first a flock of geese came over as they were passing by to see what all the fuss was about.
They listened, and found that the swans were vain and thought that since they were prettier, and gracefuller that they should use the pond first. They also found that the ducks thought that they should use it becuase the last time the swans refused to let them have their turn.
Then a goose said,(more like honked) that they should share the pond since it was rather large. The swans unsurprisingly got mad at this so a fight broke out. The ducks were pulling at the swans feet, and the geese were honking and biting the swans necks, and pulled as hard as they could.
About an hour later the fight had ended. The ducks and geese stood there looking humorously at the swans. They had stretched the swans necks out so far that they couldn't hold their heads up. A few hours later the swans had finally shortened their necks at least to the point where they could steadily hold them. But after that day swans, ducks, and geese shared all the ponds in peace, and there were no taking turns.
But still today the swans have fairly long necks. The ducks however are no longer ugly,they to are pretty, and a little more graceful.

This story took place several years ago,wow power leveling, when our boys were about eight years old. It was the first game of the season, and the first game in which the boys began pitching. I went out to discuss ground rules with the umpire and realized that is was also the first year that the boys could steal bases. Unfortunately, we had not gone over this in practice. wow power leveling,So I hurried back to the dugout, gathered my players and proceeded to go over the rules.wow power leveling, As I got to the subject of stealing bases, I announced enthusiastically, "And this year we get to steal!" there were two high mountains between Jizhou in the south and Heyang in the north. One was called Taihang Mountain and the other Wangwu Mountain.wow power leveling, Both of the mountains were very high.

Just to the north of the mountains lived an old man called Yu Gong who was nearly 90 years old. With the two high mountains just in front of his house, his family and he had to walk a long way around the mountains whenever they had something to do on the other side of the mountains.

Weapon of Distruction

In 1899, there was a man that called himself The Fantom, who was trying to start a war that would make everyone in the world fight against each other. With The Fantom trying to do this a league of extraordinary people were put together, calling themselves The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. The leader of this league was Allan Quartermain, an old hunter and adventurer. The other members of this league were Captain Nemo (a great engineer and pirate), Rodney Skinner (invisible theif), Mrs. Mina Harker (a chemist and vampire), Tom Sawyer (a Secret Service Agent), Dorian Grey (a type of immortal deamon), and Dr Jekyll (and his better half Mr Hyde). They all worked together to stop The Fantom and his plan on distroying Venice, after stealing Di Vinci's blue prints. THe group of them made their way to stop The Fantom and on the way, they learn things about each other and start forming bonds.

They soon reach Venice and were able to stop the buildings from falling down and causing a domino effect after a boom had gone off. While also fighting some of The Fantom's men. After the fight, they soon find out that Dorian Grey had betrayed them and was only using them, so he could get peices of their power, like Captain Nemo's technology, Mina's blood, Jekyll's potion, and Skinner's skin. The league then had to follow Dorian to stop him, which he lead them to The Fantom's factory, where a bunch of scientists and their families were held to make a powerful army. A fight broke out, with Captain Nemo and Mr. Hyde freeing the hostages and fighting some of The Fantom's men, Mina Harker had a duel with Dorian Grey, and Allan Quartermain fighting The Fantom (who is really Professor James Moriarty). Captain Nemo and Dr Jakyll/Mr. Hyde were able to get everyone to safety and were able to get out safely themselves. Mina Harker was able to defeat Dorian grey, by showing him his painting of himself, and he decayed right infront of her. Allan Quartermain had gotten stabed by Moriarty, while saving Sawyer, but Sawyer was able to kill Moriarty before he was able to get away. Sadly Allan Quartermain didn't survive and the league brought him back to Africa to be burried. After the funeral everyone left and the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen was broken up.

It's now 1900, a new century. Problems are begining to arise and are getting worse. There are new villians all over the world coming out and are planing some thing terrible. Everyone that was once in the league are now being summonded by a girl, named Dawn Hart. She had sent them all a letter telling them that everyone needs to get back together to become the league once again, because everyone is now searching for the Weapon of Distruction. The Weapon of Distruction is very dangerous and has been used to killed many, and if it falls into the wrong hands, then it could be the end of the world. Though no one knows how it looks like and how it has killed, but it needs to be found and stopped. So now the league has to get together once more to find this Weapon of Distruction, with the help of Dawn Hart and many others with ablities and want to help, and make sure it never falls into the wrong hands.
